Entries are open until the 20th of October 2011.

The tournament is limited to 68 players (34 men / 34 women).

The entry forms must be signed and sent through the National associations. Individual entries not attested by the national association will be refused.

Payment: the full amount due must be paid according to the instruction on the confirmation of participation that you will get at the end of october.

Confirmation of participation 

Upon receipt of the confirmation, please download the 2nd second entry form send it duly filled to the organising committee : susanne.gries@swisstabletennis.ch

Payment: the full amount due must be paid by Thursday, 20th October 2011 according to the instruction on the confirmation of participation.

Accreditation   
Upon your arrival, please come to the accreditation and help desk in the Hotel Novotel (900m from Hotel IBIS). Opening of the accreditation and help desk:

Friday, 18 November:  09.00 - 22.00h
Saturday, 19 November in the office of the competition venue

Draw 
The draw will take place on Friday 19 November at 21.00h at Hotel Novotel.

Cancellation and cancellation fees   
Entries may be cancelled at any time, in writing, but if you cancel, cancellation fees apply as follows:
-    Cancellation before 30th September : full reimbursement
-    Cancellation before 31 October : 50% of the total amount
-    Cancellation after 31 October : no reimbursement

Reimbursement   
If the registration is duly cancelled, the regsitration fees will be reimbursed, after deduction of the cancellation fees, by the Organizing Committee within 4 weeks from the date of receipt of the written cancellation by bank transfer only.
